Luxury Kitchen Remodel in Loudonville, OH
This local kitchen remodel brought a full tear-out kitchen remodel to a home in Loudonville, Ohio. The homeowners were not looking for a surface-level refresh. They wanted the old kitchen gone, down to the studs, and a new one built in its place. Urban Custom Kitchens & Design handled the entire project with our in-house team and Amish craftsmen, the same combination that has defined our work for over 20 years.
Take a Closer Look
A full tear-out means everything comes out. The dated cabinets, the worn countertops, the flooring, the soffits. Starting from a blank shell gave our design team the freedom to rethink the layout without working around existing constraints. The homeowners sat down with us to select door styles, wood species, finishes, and hardware. Our Amish craftsmen then built the custom cabinetry in Ohio using traditional joinery. Our installation crew managed the on-site work, keeping the home clean and the project on schedule. A local kitchen remodel should feel local, with one team accountable for the result, not a rotating cast of subcontractors.
What sets this Loudonville project apart is who built it. The Amish craftsmen we partner with have spent decades perfecting techniques that factories cannot replicate. Dovetailed drawer boxes, solid wood doors, face frames joined with time-tested methods. These are not premium upgrades. They are how every cabinet leaves the shop. When you choose a local kitchen remodel with Urban Custom Kitchens & Design, the same hands that build the cabinets are connected to the team that designs and installs them. Nothing gets lost in translation.
